"Dan Barracliff has great people that work for them! Dana was so wonderful to work with! I was in an accident that involved a drunk driver and she made the process quick and simple in helping me get my new vehicle added on my policy. Not only that but, she is very sweet and showed concerned about what happened and was trying to just go through the motions so she could get done with her job. "Charles was the person who helped at the Beaver Ruin office and he was awesome. He has helped in the past and has been great but this time it was to change insurance from one vehicle that we ended up not buying to another vehicle. "I had gone online just to see if we were getting the best rate for insurance (it seemed high to me). One of the numerous calls I received was from Josh Morris. Even though I was cranky from the bombardment of countless calls and texts, Josh remained patient, kind and somehow managed to get me to settle my tea kettle.
